Once inside, I was surprised by the upscale atmosphere they'd created. Though I will say, ever since my car was towed from a nearly empty parking lot while I ate a quick brunch at Town & Gown Bistro during spring break (thanks a lot McDonald's), I am a man who appreciates ample parking, so Katana and I started off on the right foot. Located in a strip mall in the Pay Less parking lot on Sagamore Parkway and N Salisbury Street, Katana doesn't seem like much from the outside, nestled between a dry cleaner and a packaging store. While I wouldn't call my dinner at Katana Ramen and Sushi in West Lafayette life altering, it was unexpectedly very good and a place I'd definitely recommend.
